EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 

  • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

 

  • All the purchases will be non-refundable.

 

  • WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at karishmahingorani142@gmail.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

  • If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).
  • If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order).

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KZARI and accept The KZARI decision regarding the cancellation.

REFUND

Note : Refund is not applicable to any dresses purchased at KZARI in any case except the damaged product or wrong product sent to you.

1) Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

2) Return not accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress (in special cases we deduct a handling and shipping cost for another dress that is 250/-  rupees).

3) Return not accepted if customer does not like the Cloth Material of the dress.

4) Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.

5) Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn

6)ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRASIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.

 

 

  • Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFACT, then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below). The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.

 

 

  • If the garment size doesn’t fit you at all , you can send it for exchange and request for a different size (the courier charges will be deducted from the amount which is Rupees 200/-). Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress. You are not allowed to buy a different dress. You will be getting the same dress in bigger or smaller size as per your note.

 

  • If a product is wrongly delivered to you, please send it back to us as we dont have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.

 

  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

 

  • Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups & the second round shipping is paid by customer as mentioned above.

 

  • Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

 

  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

 

  • Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.

 

  • The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the garment should be properly fold and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.

 

  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

 

  • All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.

 

  • No exchange or return for Home furnishing & Jewellery.

 

  • Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)

 

  • (Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
